She’s really planning ahead. The home is scheduled to go on the real estate market in 5 months.

Listing the home could be delayed because the owner is building a new house. Either way, you’ll have plenty of time to get this home into tip top shape!

The house you’re being asked to stage is approximately 2,200 square feet and will be listed in the $250,000 to $300,000 range.
