Your Profile Listing in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers is so comprehensive, you don't need to create your own website or company brochure.

A Profile Listing includes your photo, logo, company name, lots of space to explain why you're the person to hire, plus your portfolio of before and after photos. 

We even throw in a custom company brochure that your clients can download right from your page!

Your "contact box" has all the information on where to find you, what cities, counties or neighborhoods you serve, and a link to your own website and social media profiles (if or when you have them).

Visitors to your page in the Staging Diva Home Staging Directory will see you as a professional home stager and understand the importance of working with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Staging Diva Grads who already have a complete stand-alone website can consider a less comprehensive Mini Listing for a reduced cost, however you will lose out on significant benefits and bonuses. Note we will not link to websites that are part of other directories. 

What If There's Already A Directory Listing In My Area?

You couldn't possibly stage every house for sale in your geographic area, so don't worry if there's already one or more stagers listed in a location you plan to serve.

What's a Mini Listing?

A Mini Listing is a less expensive way for Staging Diva Grads who already have a full website to participate in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers.

Keep in mind that with a Mini Listing, you will not be able to include any text beyond your contact details and you'll lose the opportunity to showcase your portfolio. 

You'll also miss out on almost $500 worth of bonuses (see below)!

When visitors do a search for any of your 10 locations, your listing will come up in the search results, along with the listings of any other Directory members in that same area. 

The sooner you join the Directory, the closer to the top your listing appears for the locations you serve.

For example, if you're the first to join in any city, county or neighborhood, you'll always be first in that list, no matter how many other stagers join after you.

But no matter where you are on the list, visitors typically review all the listings for their location and then decide who they will contact for more information. You can't possibly stage every home in your market, so don't fear "competition."

What If I Want to Update My Profile Listing with New Copy or Photos Later?

As you complete projects and gain more experience, you may want to update your photos/captions, or your copy. For example, when you receive a great client testimonial or you have a new "success story" about one of your home staging projects, you'll want to update your listing. 

You can update photos/captions at any time for a fee of $75 (includes up to 7 photos and retouching if needed) and you can replace all your copy for $125. We'll rebuild your page with the changes you want.

Social media sites (like Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram) continue to grow in importance as a way to establish credibility, drive visitors to your site and build a rapport with potential clients.

To help homeowners and Realtors connect with you, we'll link any/all of your social media accounts.

This is an optional benefit, so don't worry if you're not using any of these sites. If you're just using one or two, you can pick your favorites. We'll add the appropriate icons to your Profile Listing and link them to your social media accounts whenever you're ready to add them.

Regular Price: $75   FREE with a Profile Listing! Can be purchased to add to a Mini Listing.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Your deposit is due when you order to cover the one-time cost to build your page. Your second payment is billed 37 days later and will cover hosting your listing online for the next 12 months from that date. You can not get a partial refund before the year is over, but you can cancel before billing for any subsequent year (you will be sent a reminder a year from now before the second year billing goes through).

NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: When you purchase any Directory Listing, you recognize that you must be a Staging Diva Graduate. To purchase a Mini Listing, you should have your own stand alone website that is already hosted online. Note: Staging Diva will not link to websites hosted on other directories.

It is up to you to send all materials as soon as possible so your Directory Listing can be created. It may take up to 7 business days from the time you send your materials for your Directory page to go live. At that time you'll have a chance to approve your listing. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: When you join, you are pre-paying and committing for a full year of hosting. You cannot get a partial refund before the year is over, but you can cancel before billing for any subsequent year (you will be sent a reminder before a subsequent year billing goes through). Failure to submit your materials, or delays in submitting your materials, do not entitle you to a full or partial refund.

This  double-sided brochure is based on your Profile Listing and includes all your before and after shots and your text, which we professionally edit to fit into your brochure. You can email this brochure to potential clients or print and photocopy it to hand out in person, for example when you attend an event or open house. 

We'll also add a download button to your Profile Listing so that potential customers can download your brochure right from your page in the Directory! 

Your brochure will be created for you one month after you first join the Directory (this is also when your final payment is billed).

The Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers includes a handy "Search Box" making it easy for clients to find you!

You can choose up to 10 town, city, county or neighborhood names to be listed under. Plus up to 4 states or provinces— great for snowbirds, if you have two homes, or live close to a border!

What If I Don't Have My Own Website?

Once you've named your business and registered a "domain" (example:, we'll explain how to easily "forward" that domain to your Profile Listing in the Directory. 

That way, you can put "" on your business cards even though you don't have your own website. Anyone visiting that address online will automatically land at your Profile Listing! 

You'll have an instant and professional online presence, without the time or expense of building your own site!

Why Do I Need a Directory Listing If I Have My Own Website?

As a Staging Diva Directory member, you'll enhance your credibility by being associated with an internationally recognized and respected leader in the home staging industry.

Since the Directory includes considerable content about the importance of home staging, we'll help educate your potential clients about why they need YOU!

The best way to bring visitors to your own website is for an established website (like Staging Diva) to link back to your website. This helps you with your all-important search engine rankings.

Once you have a Directory Listing, we'll link it to your website (if you have one), provided you link back to us too.

It's important to know that when you build your own new website, it can take 3 to 6 months for search engines to find you— meaning no one else can find you either! Being linked from the Directory means this can happen in a matter of days since search engines already visit our site and then follow our links to "crawl" the sites the Directory links to!
