Home Staging Job Referrals from the Staging Diva

Whether you’re new to staging, or you’ve been at it for years, home staging job referrals can be a nice boost to your income.

I’ve referred tens of thousands of dollars worth of staging projects to Graduates of the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program.

It’s important to know that this is just a side benefit of being part of my inner circle.

I teach Staging Diva students how to get their own home staging jobs, so they’re not dependent on me.

Some Staging Diva Professional Home Stagers have received up to 20 referrals from me; that’s close to two home staging jobs a month!

How Home Staging Job Referrals Work

It takes hours dealing with the hundreds of email enquiries I get from people looking for home stagers. It would be quicker to just tell them to Google a stager in their area. Instead I operate a FREE referral service for them, because I want to help support Staging Diva Grads.

Playing matchmaker between homeowners (or their agents), and the thousands of home stagers I have scattered throughout the US, Canada, Australia and more than 20 other countries has become an ongoing project for us.

I’m only paid for my time to do this, if I collect a referral fee from a home stager.

Referral fees are only applicable when the home stager I recommend gets paid work (and if they’re not in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers— those members get FREE job referrals).

My reputation is on the line every time I recommend someone for a project.

Since I’m not earning anything from recommending someone, I favor stagers who are in the Directory of Home Stagers first. Followed by other Staging Diva Grads with the best portfolios and a demonstrated ability to get hired.

Don’t underestimate the value of a recommendation from me

Here’s an excerpt from a client’s email sent to the Staging Diva Grad I recommended for her project:

“I’ve been the driving force behind the idea to stage our house for a quick sale at top dollar. I’m convinced that with your help, we can make it happen. I have no doubt whatsoever in your ability to deliver exactly what we want (and more)– you were recommended by Debra Gould, no less!
