Located in the popular Bloor West area of Toronto, the home has 4 bedrooms and 2,300 square feet.

It is currently vacant, so this would be a great opportunity for you to turn a blank slate into a beautiful masterpiece! The client plans to list the home quickly, so time is of the essence.
