Attention Staging Diva Graduates, I have a Virginia home staging job. This is to work for a home seller in the Falls Church area.

This Virginia home staging job is your chance to help a family who has a 3,000 square foot home that was on the real estate market for more than 2 months without a sale.

The seller really can’t afford to keep the home on the market without selling and her real estate agent is pushing for a price reduction. The perfect scenario for a talented home stager to make all the difference!

For the right home stager, this would be a great way to connect with both the client (who would be hiring you) and her real estate agent, who will no doubt have more projects in the future and would be in a position to recommend you to her fellow agents as well.

This 3 bedroom home was listed for almost $650,000 and was taken off the market so the owner could reface the kitchen cabinets and vanities, install new appliances and improve the laundry room.

The owner needs a quick close and wants to put it back on the Virginia real estate market as soon as possible.

She has asked me to recommend a home stager to come in and offer finishing touches and helpful tips to make sure it shows at its best this time around.
