Thankfully this savvy seller doesn’t have to be talked into home staging, she already understands why vacant homes don’t sell as well.

For the right home stager, this would be a great way to connect with both the client (who would be hiring you) and later, her real estate agent, who will no doubt have more projects in the future and would be in a position to recommend you to her fellow agents as well.

Unfortunately, I don’t know the anticipated list price for the home to share with you.
