What’s a Staging Diva Teleclass?

A live TeleClass is like a conference call. It’s done by phone at a pre-arranged date and time. I take a maximum of 15 students and it’s an interactive session. I make a presentation from the course notes that are emailed to you in advance and bring in lots of current examples from my staging projects, client interaction, etc. There are questions and answers throughout the time we’re on the phone. You don’t need to be on the Internet to participate since you’ll be referring to printed notes.

What are the recordings?

When you order recordings of past TeleClasses, you’re not on the phone live with me, but you’re still hearing all the questions and answers that were shared in the live TeleClasses. I’ve handpicked which courses I’ve made available as recordings because they have the best student questions. You still get all the same course notes. The recordings are downloadable onto your computer so you can listen to them as often as you like and even transfer them to your iPod or other mp3 player if you have one.

What if I order course recordings and I want to ask questions?

When you press the “buy now” button on the order page, it will invite you to add the Staging Diva Accelerator Upgrade. This gives you two full hours of coaching with me, which you can use at any point over 6 months and split into shorter sessions if you like.

You can use your private business coaching time with me to ask anything you like about the business in general or your staging business in particular. Here are some examples:

• Laurie got help quoting staging for a $3 million apartment.
• Erin learned how to get paid when the agent was her contact and the homeowner (who was paying) lived in a different state.
• Lori got a new name for her home staging company that allowed her to also get the “.com” domain.
