Home Stager Needed in Las Vegas, NV

I have a client with a 2200 square foot home in Las Vegas that needs staging to go on the market February 1, 2007. It’s a spanish style home with some mismatched transitional/contemporary furnishings.

The client’s budget is $1000 for staging recommendations and implementation. That’s actually a healthy budget given that it’s not an empty home and there is ample time for him to do some of the work himself. For example, you might recommend repainting, but the labor cost of that would not have to come out of the budget if he does it himself.

The referral fee for this project is $250 but only if you get actual paid work out of it. This fee is to cover my time advertising this project, playing matchmaker for you, and the fact that I’ve invested four years in building my profile to be able to attract these business leads.
