His 5000 square foot home is currently listed at $397,500 after a price reduction in a market where, according to Trulia.com, the average listing price is just $187,403!

In other words, this house is on the high-end for the Fayette County real estate market. Given it’s size and the fact that it is furnished already and not selling despite a price reduction, this is a great staging project for you to prove that home staging really works and it will make a great addition to your portfolio!
