Home Stager Needed in Gaylord, Michigan

I have a client who has a home in the Gaylord area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 2500 square feet, furnished and will list for $250,000. It is unknown when the home will go on the market right now.

With a unique location on the 45th parallel, the Alpine Village of Gaylord is truly northern Michigan’s heart. Gaylord is unique in its centrality-only minutes from everything you could hope for in the north and things you might not expect either, like top-notch shopping, galleries, arts, and music festivals. Gaylord is located along the easy commuting route of I-75, near state forests and the cool waters of Otsego Lake. This city is also well-known as a golf and snowmobile destination across the state and beyond.

What fee do you take for referrals and when was this originally posted?

Hi Heather, at the bottom of each post you can see the date it was posted. In this case it was April 18, 2008. As for referral fees that’s explained in the post, $250 but only if you get work.

At this point it is far too late to apply for this one.

It’s worth noting that Graduates of The Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program don’t pay referral fees if they are listed in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers.
