I have a client with a 1880 square foot home in Garden Grove (Orange County), California. The owner is an excellent contact since he makes a living buying, fixing and flipping properties.

This particular home is 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and renovations are almost complete and ready for furnishing. The asking price will be in the $700,000 to $725,000 range.

Garden Grove is a growing community of about 170,000 just south of Los Angeles in Orange County. This client may have found me because of the CBS Radio interview I did on staging recently which aired in LA.

Garden Grove is less than a mile from Disneyland and 10 miles from the John Wayne and Long Beach airports. It’s also home to the most churches and places of worship per capita in all of California, including the Ctrystal Cathedral, home of the Reverand Robert Schuller and his “Hour of Power” TV program.
