Cincinnati OH Staging Project – I am not a Staging Diva Graduate. I do read each and every one of your emails and absorb the staging information. I simply cannot afford to take the courses at this point in time.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati OH which is what peaked my interest in this particular staging project. If you can’t find one of your graduates to take on this project, I would like to be considered. I do have a portfolio and client referrals for jobs I have done. I currently live in Central Michigan but would gladly consider this project.

Hi Jill, As you know since you get my newsletter, I share a ton of free information for the benefit both aspiring and established home stagers alike.

However, I do have to draw the line at referring projects. They only go to the people who have invested in my training program.

Since you are clearly a home stager since you have a portfolio, I recommend that you invest $249 in course two of the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training program so that you will learn how to make money on the projects you are already doing. That way an ongoing shortage of funds will be less of an issue for you. You might also want to consider course 4 which is all about marketing if you are having trouble getting business.

If you are in the area for this project, and the client has contacted me instead of you, that shows that there is marketing work for you to do locally. With the right marketing strategy in place, you could be earning way more money than you are right now.
