Home Stager Needed In Traverse City, Michigan

Traverse Cherry Festival I have a client who has a home in the Traverse City area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 2100 square feet, furnished, and will list for $200,000. The home will go on the market in 6 months.

Traverse City is the Cherry Capital of the World and is the largest in the 21-county Northern Michigan region. With a population of over 141,000 it is an ideal place for a profitable home staging business.

Over half a million visitors are expected for the National Cherry Festival this July. This annual event (started in 1926), brings over $26 million to the region’s economy each year. So with the home going on the market this fall, I’d avoid expecting to get much accomplished during the festival!
