Home Stager Needed in Philomath OR

I have client who needs a stager in Philomath Oregon for her 3,500 square foot home that will go on the market in April or May. It is currently very minimally furnished and the client knows that how it’s furnished will have a big impact on whether they can sell for top dollar.

The home will be in the $800,000 to $900,000 price range. How well it’s staged will have a lot to do with the list price of course! This is a great opportunity to work with what the client has and then source any additional furniture, accessories and art that might be needed. A great staging project!
The City of Philomath Oregon is located in Benton County about five miles west of Corvallis and Oregon State University. In case you were wondering (I know I was), the name Philomath is derived from two Greek words meaning “lover of learning.”
