Home Stager Needed in Montréal, Québec

I have a client who has a home in the Montréal area that will be going on the market soon. It’s a large, 1,580 square foot home that will probably list around $465K. The home is furnished. The client would prefer to hire someone who speaks French.

Montréal is the second largest city in Canada and the largest city in the province of Quebec. Originally called Ville-Marie (City of Mary), the city had come to be known as Montréal, a name derived from Mont Royal (literally Mount Royal), the name of the three-head hill at the heart of the city.

The population of the Montreal Census Metropolitan Area (also known as Greater Montreal Area) is estimated at 3,720,000 in 2006. Montreal is ranked as the 15th-largest metropolitan area in Northern America and 77th in the world. Clearly this area has lots of opportunities for home stagers!
