I have a client who has a home in the Encino area that needs a home stager soon. The home is over 1600 square feet, furnished and might be listed next year at $515,000.

Encino is a district of Los Angeles. With the Los Angeles area having over 4 million residents, it is an ideal place to start a home staging business.
