Home Stager Needed in Colorado Springs

I have a client who will be relocating in mid-February. The house is currently furnished and on the market. However, if the house does not sell by mid Feb., she would like to have a staging service to come stage it. Otherwise, it would sit empty. She wants to have the main rooms staged – living room, family room, kitchen, and master bedroom – and will need the furniture to be provided as well.

With over 50 attractions, Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region are the gateway to Southern Colorado’s “Outdoor Adventure Play Land.” Located 80 miles south of Denver’s International Airport and 1 and 1/2 hours east of world-class skiing, Colorado Springs is a vacation Mecca, drawing over 6 million visitors annually.

The referral fee for this project is $250 but only if you get actual paid work out of it. This fee is to cover my time advertising this project, playing matchmaker for you, and the fact that I’ve invested four years in building my profile to be able to attract these business leads.
