Artist's house in Caledon needs a home stager

I have a client with a 2200 square foot renovatd house on 10 acres of land in Caledon west of King City Ontario that needs staging to go on the market this spring.

Despite all the art hanging on the walls, the homeowner admits that her house is a bit cold looking. She’s not interested in repainting since she spent a considerable sum having the home repainted not long ago, but she is open to any other suggestions for how to make the house more appealing

One of this property’s strong features is that it sits on 10 acres and is located close to a subdivision of very affluent homes which are on much smaller lots.

The Town of Caledon, with a large geographic area and population of 55,000 is well respected for it’s approach to environmental issues and was co-recipient of the “TVO Greenest Town in Ontario” award in 2003.

The referral fee for this home staging project is $250 but only if you get actual paid work out of it. This fee is to cover my time advertising this project, playing matchmaker for you, and the fact that I’ve invested four years in building my profile to be able to attract these business leads.
