- Staging Diva can share your contact information with the person who requested a home stager
- You are a Graduate of the Staging Diva Training Program
- You agree to pay the Staging Diva Referral Fee (if you’re hired)

This program is reserved for Graduates of the Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program.
Once you get ANY paid work out of this lead (whether it’s a consultation or a full staging project), the referral fee becomes due and payable to Six Elements Design Group Inc. The fee is as per the job posting.
All referral fees are payable in US funds. It is up to you whether you want to build all or part of the referral fee into the rate you quote the client.

Before meeting with any client in their home, you should ensure you are comfortable with that person. We do not screen these leads, we only pass on the information they’ve shared with us. The decision to take the project is completely up to you. It is also up to you to negotiate your own rate structure and payment terms with the client.
