This is one of the reasons why I created the Home Staging Glossary by Staging Diva. Every day we come across terms and phrases we may be unsure of and I hope the glossary will become a trusted resource for you to turn to whenever you find yourself stumped by some industry jargon.
Many real estate offices have regular “caravans” which happen after their regular staff meetings. It’s common practice for a group of agents to regularly tour several new listings from within their office and these tours are known as caravans.
A listing agent may also have a “broker’s open house” where they’ll invite a number of real estate agents to view one of their listings in the hopes that someone will have a client who may be interested.
Did you notice I’ve referred to them as real estate agents and not realtors? Click here to find out why!
